A union operation with the union local trades Painter District Council No. 14, Local union 265 since 1989 Sebastian has proven himself as a strong and aggressive go getter with a vision. A graduate of Washburn Trade School Mr. Ghiles has 50 years experience in the Skilled Building Trades. As a Business Owner, Mr. Ghiles amassed an impressive portfolio of accomplishments from certificates in food services and sanitation to firearms instructor.

Today, Mr. Ghiles forges ahead in pursuit of the next adventure as the next chapter in his story, as he write he challenges himself in planting even deeper roots in the area of community growth and development while maintaining those assets he has acquired in life so far, “64 years young and full of energy I strive to do all that I can to leave behind a world better than the one I was given.”
