Gail Nichols

Gail Nichols is a board member/Property Manager of the Transitional Housing Department of Helping Other People Excel CDC Housing Foundation. As property manager, she will be responsible for managing all of the properties and the welfare of all the residents. In addition, she will make sure all fair housing laws are not violated. As Property Manager, she is committed to providing housing for those in need and assisting people with resources to help transition from being homeless to housed. She has over 20 years of experience as a property manager in affordable housing.

She has a degree from Roosevelt University in Speech as well as another degree from the international Academy of Design and Technology in Merchandise Management. She also holds housing certifications in Illinois Leading License and Rent calculation certification. She is currently working towards her certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate.
